Cian is a Communications Assistant with the International Centre for Taxation and Development (ICTD)

Cian J. Ward is a Communications Assistant based at the Institute of Development Studies. He assists with the implementation of the communications strategy across the ICTD’s programmes. He completed his undergraduate in Economics & German from University College Dublin in 2019 and earned his MSc in Development Economics from the University of Kent in 2021. He is a campaigner for Irish language rights in Ireland.
